From a perspective of optimal use of materials, the pursuit of quality, comfort and optimal solutions is a noble goal.
Correctly dimensioned and correctly processed and reworked (or reused) materials, structures and building systems are much better able to withstand the test of time.
After all, quick calculations and/or diagnoses lead to a too high or too low use of materials.
Climate change and environmental pollution pose an existential threat to Europe and the world.
To combat this, Europe has drawn up a Green Deal plan.

Thinking about the future of our children is thinking about preserving our planet and the diversity of nature.
Cities are steadily expanding at the expense of our green space. That is not a good evolution.
We urgently need to stop this urban expansion and protect the remaining green space. People must be attracted back to live in the city and the green environment outside the city must really be filled in as nature and recreation space.
